(PCI) is a leading sales and marketing solutions agency entrusted to build brand value for clients and customers. The PCI team works with brands to develop a go-to market strategy and present products to sell at retail.  PCI helps you grow your distribution, sales and market share. Customized services include sales, merchandising, promotion, administration and analytics for vending, drug, mass, convenience, grocery and specialty channels.

Patterson Co. Inc. began as a candy brokerage covering many states.  This led us into the vending channel and later expanded to represent a vast number of food, beverage and non-food categories in multiple channels. PCI is third generation family owned and operated. Industry veterans and brothers, Jim, Michael, and Patrick Patterson lead the company and make sure everyone feels like a part of their family.  The team considers themselves to be an integral part of your sales team and promise to operate with the same level of professionalism and integrity you would expect from your own personnel.

Headquartered in Northbrook, IL a highly experienced team of customer service personnel is available to support sales and marketing for your organization.  PCI’s coverage has grown to include 11 Midwestern states.

CASE STUDY

Situation

A large snack food manufacturer sought a partner to help them grow sales by increasing the breadth and depth of distribution in the vending channel. Being primarily a DSD organization in all other channels, the snack food company needed a sales and marketing agency to become their partner and brand champion in the vending channel.

Action

The PCI team was selected as the agency of record in 2014 and developed a plan to drive sales growth by:

  1. Increasing customer call frequency
  2. Implementing sampling, and
  3. Putting more emphasis pre-order versus floor stock

This evolution allows for better coordination and consolidation of weekly orders.
